Mikkom is pleased to announce the "go live" of its new VOLO (VOLunteer Organisation) system for the West Windsor Community Hub (WWCH), based in Windsor, UK. During this Covid-19 crisis, WWCH is providing vital community support tasks to vulnerable people.
Initially, WWCH operated on a completely manual basis, taking paper notes, jotting down shopping lists, trying to flick through paper records so as not to forget anyone. Mikkom will be one of a select group of companies showcasing its product suite at the Innovating Patient Safety Summit, being run by GOVNET, on the 7th May.
The one-day event will bring together 250+ Policy Leaders, Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials to share their insights and strategies for driving transformation in healthcare and creating a patient-safe future.

Mikkom attended an Industry Briefings at Tech UK’s offices in London, which provided an update of NHS Digital’s work and programme plans.
The briefings covered an update of NHS Digital's work including a number of NHS Digital's development roadmaps and programme plans as well as further information and opportunities to shape the development of NHS Digital's services, especially related to new information about the National Record Locator (NRL), the Standards Framework and the new approach to Apps and Wearables - all key elements in Mikkoom's existing and future products and services.
Mike Unger had great pleasure in welcoming Mr. Hariharan Sethuraman, Deputy General Manager of Robert Bosch Healthcare, India to Mikkom’s offices in Windsor. Discussions are under way for Mikkom to represent Bosch Healthcare in the UK as one its integrator and reseller partners.
On Friday 25th Jan, Mikkom was proud to be one of the sponsor for the joint BASHH/FSRH event at the Royal Society of Medicine. Over 300 delegates were able to see what the new mCB system could do for their clinics, as well hear from IMS on the new integrated PAS system, specifically designed for a GUM/HIV environment.
