With a background in systems engineering and a practical approach to product development, Mike has guided MIKKOM from its telecom roots to becoming a trusted name in healthcare booking and communication systems.
He works closely with clients on discovery, scoping, and delivery and is always focused on what will make the biggest impact with the least friction.
Olli leads technical architecture and system design at MIKKOM. He ensures that every solution is secure, scalable, and built to integrate with complex infrastructure. With deep experience in data systems and application development, he’s the one who makes sure our solutions can do what we say they’ll do and keep doing it as you grow.
He also plays a hands-on role in implementation, working closely with client-side developers and IT teams.
Cristi is our senior web developer, with nearly two decades of experience in building high-performance, user-centric digital systems. With a degree in Information Technology and Computer Science, he began his career mastering PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, skills that now underpin his full-stack expertise.
Cristi leads the development of core functionality across all modular solutions. He’s deeply involved in everything from interface logic to API integrations and internal tooling. His strength lies in translating complex operational workflows into scalable, intuitive, and cost-effective software solutions that are built to last.
Passionate about design and user experience, Cristi is committed to developing thoughtful, well-rounded systems that balance performance with usability, always keeping the end user in mind.
Rachael supports clients and the MIKKOM team with product messaging, communications, and rollout strategy. She helps ensure that the language we use makes sense to both healthcare professionals and patients and that every product we launch is easy to understand and adopt.
She also acts as a bridge between technical and clinical teams during onboarding and ongoing service improvements.
With a Master’s degree in AI and Big Data, Fahad is an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer across various technologies, mostly working in the fields of Health and Finance. While his core expertise lies in backend development, significant experience with frontend technologies contributes to elegant and efficient system design and implementation.
A key member of the Mikkom tech Team to build an intelligent and secure healthcare system, his comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle is used to handle everything from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.
