Ramsay Health Care runs private hospitals and clinics across the UK, each with its own systems for bookings, results, insurance claims, and communication. They needed a patient-facing portal that could bring these elements together while integrating with their existing infrastructure.
MIKKOM worked with Ramsay to design a secure portal that allows patients to manage their care online. The system integrates with both legacy hospital systems and newer digital layers, as well as nine separate private insurance providers.
Patients can now book appointments, receive test results, update details, and message their care team, all in one place. Behind the scenes, the portal simplifies internal workflows by bringing data into one secure platform.
